From our own ten-acre vineyards located south of the city, Cedar Ridge combines fresh grapes and juices from more commonly known viticultural areas with estate-grown grapes to produce outstanding wines and fruit-based spirits.

Groundbreaking of New Facilty at Vineyard:
Saturday, June 27, 2009 1:00 - 7:00PM
1421 Marak Rd, Swisher IA

Join us at Cedar Ridge Winery & Distillery's 10 acre vineyard along Highway 965 for a groundbreaking ceremony this Saturday at 1:00. Immediately following the groundbreaking ceremony, join us for an afternoon of wine, live music and vineyard tours.

The vineyards will be open to guests from 12:00 noon until 7:00. Live music will be provided by Joe Holmes (1:30-3:30) and Jason Ray Brown (4:00-6:00). This is a picnic event, so please feel free to bring lawn chairs and a basket lunch. Jeff will provide tours of the vineyards and the facility layout at the top of every hour.

Cedar Ridge Lamponcella – “Lampone” is Italian for raspberry and Lamponcella is the raspberry companion to our very popular Lemoncella. Try it straight up, or mix 50/50 with Clearheart Vodka to make a beautiful, tasty raspberry martini, or drizzled over cheesecake or ice cream for a delicious dessert.
