Jason Ray Brown 'One man band'~Amazing to watch..he plays bass drum with his right foot, hi-hat with his left, guitar and banjo, sing and play harmonica at the same time! He says it takes some concentration but when he gets in the zone the music just flows out of him!

Jason from The Nadas~Songwriting/Singer/Guitarist, Rock and Roll
The Nadas started 16 years ago with just a couple of songs, a van and a newsletter, than grew a community from there. The Nadas started  as a way for it's members to pass the time between college classes. Unlike so many American Bands The Nadas outlasted their educations and rode a growing fan base to a genuine, honest to goodness career.

Cedar Ridge's First Proprietor's Reception
August 12, 2010 from 6:30-8:30pm

Every day, our valued guests are welcome to come enjoy our facility at their leisure, walking the grounds and purchasing food and wine from our menu. This Reception is a wonderful opportunity for a select group of guests to spend a special evening together where WE provide the food and drink! Our Executive Chef Adin Wheat will be on hand, providing unlimited hot and cold hors d'oeuvres.
These include Smoked Salmon Pate with Crostini, Romaine Leaf Parmesan Tweels stuffed with Toasted Pine Nuts and Brie, Ginger Chicken with Mango Gin Dipping Sauce, Fried Portabella Mushrooms with a Smokey Bourbon Horseradish Sauce, and Bacon wrapped Scallops topped with Creamy Garlic-Roasted Tomatoes.

At each Reception, we will take the opportunity to provide a brief educational presentation related to vineyard, winery & distillery topics. At this month's Reception, we will provide a brief rundown on how the grape harvest will progress and what we will be doing behind-the-scenes to make next year's wines. Guests will learn the basics about how grapes are turned into wine. The cost to attend is $30 per person (limited to 60), and reservations are required.

Terry McCauley-Acoustic guitar with a musical genre in the likes of the Bee Gee's, John Denver, Harry Chapin & Neil Young. McCauley has performed throughout the area for over 12 years. He prides himself in keeping great songs 'alive' that you no longer hear on the radio.

Doug & Lisa Frey~Singer/Songwriting duo from Cascade Iowa. Folk mixed with alternative country and blues. Crisp vocals with acoustic guitar.

Harvest is a once-a-year opportunity to catch a glimpse of the sheer passion, love, forethought, not to mention science & downright hard work that goes into making the wine we so frequently pour into our glass without so much as blinking an eye.

A self taught musician who studied acting and playwriting and is now a teacher, who started using the playwriting with the songwriting with the performing and now constructs performance pieces known as goatsinger shows.
