The Distillery
Cedar Ridge brings you the first licensed distillery in the state of Iowa since the age of prohibition. We use Cedar Ridge wines in our Bavarian pot still to crafts highly refined spirits, including ClearHeart™ Triple Distilled Fruit & Grain Vodka and Italian style grappa. Cedar Ridge Spirits can be found in stores carrying fine liquors. We are currently in the process of expanding to additional states, if you are interested in acting as a distributor for your state, please contact jeff@crwine.com.
ClearHeart™ Vodka
Our ClearHeart Triple Distilled Fruit & Grain Vodka is handcrafted ten gallons at a time. By starting with a light fruit wine made specifically for our ClearHeart, we capture a faint hint of fruit in the final product. With each step in the distillation process, we retain only the heart of the batch, resulting in a crisp, clear vodka that finishes very clean. (40% alc./vol.)
Cedar Ridge Grappa
Grappa is an Italian drink made from a hearty distilled wine. Best consumed after a meal, as a digestif, our Grappa is made one small batch at a time from our own wines. Each 375ml bottle contains all the character and fruitiness of an entire gallon of wine. (32% alc./vol.)
Apple Brandy
Iowa's only pure apple brandy, fermented and distilled on site and aged in a single American Oak barrel. Cedar Ridge Apple Brandy achieves a fine balance between the delicate apple aroma retained during distillation and the powerful complexities gained by oak aging. (40% alc./vol.)
Lemoncella Liquer
Super-sweet and super lemony, it's dessert in a bottle. Compare Cedar Ridge Lemoncella to the Italian version and decide for yourself. No artificial colors or flavors. (41.05% alc./vol.)
